Tossini’s story begins in 1899 in Camogli, in a small store that made bread and focaccia. Always the guardian of authentic Ligurian flavors, Tossini specializes in the production of traditional gastronomic excellence, such as the famous Focaccia di Recco IGP.
Over the years, that small workshop has grown into an internationally appreciated company with ten outlets in the Levante Ligure region, yet always remaining true to its signature quality and craftsmanship.
With more than a century of experience, we have also expanded into the catering industry, bringing the same care and attention we give to our baked goods, to events of all kinds.
